We adapt it on the go based on what the trainer discovers about your strength, conditioning, and mobility. This allows us to reliably identify the areas you should focus on during training for maximum benefit.
In golf, precision in every swing and perfect technique are key. During testing for golfers, we’ll identify ways to fine-tune your movement, increase stability, and gain more dynamic strength for longer, more accurate shots. We’ll focus on your range of motion and assess whether both sides of your body are working equally. We’ll also determine the risk of injuries, such as wrist strains or golfer’s elbow, and how to prevent them. The trainer will go over the results with you on the spot. However, we understand you’ll want to refer to them in the future, so we’ll send them along with comments to your email inbox.
Testing is the key to understanding your strengths and weaknesses. Our trainer then takes the results and creates a training plan tailored to your body, down to the last movement. They also collaborate with your physiotherapist, regularly sharing important information. You’re taken care of on all fronts—now all that’s left is to fully focus on your training.
