A training machine that takes your running performance to the next level. It allows you to easily adjust different levels of resistance or assistance. We adapt it on the go based on what the trainer learns about your strength, fitness, and mobility. This enables us to reliably pinpoint the exact areas that deserve your focus during training.

What to expect from testing?

We’ll shine a light on your strength, speed, fitness, and other key indicators important for your sport. We’ll identify your risk of injury and how to prevent it. Your trainer will go over the results with you on-site. However, we understand that you might want to revisit them later, so we’ll also send them to your email with detailed commentary.
