We adapt it on the go based on what the trainer learns about your strength, fitness, and mobility. This enables us to reliably pinpoint the exact areas that deserve your focus during training.
We’ll shine a light on your strength, speed, fitness, and other key indicators important for your sport. We’ll identify your risk of injury and how to prevent it. Your trainer will go over the results with you on-site. However, we understand that you might want to revisit them later, so we’ll also send them to your email with detailed commentary.
Testing is the key to understanding your strengths and weaknesses. Our trainer uses the results to create a training plan tailored to your body down to the last movement. Additionally, they collaborate with your physiotherapist, regularly sharing important information. You’re taken care of on all fronts – now all that’s left is to fully focus on your training.
