We know that every body works differently, and every athlete has unique needs and faces different challenges. That’s why each test with us is unique. We adapt it on the go based on what the trainer learns about your strength, conditioning, and mobility. This allows us to reliably identify the areas that you should focus on during training for maximum benefit.
On the field, seconds matter, and every movement must be perfectly synchronized. That’s why we’ll focus primarily on your speed, ability to change direction, agility, coordination, reactive strength, endurance, and other football-specific metrics. We’ll assess whether both sides of your body are working equally. We’ll also determine the risk of injuries, such as hamstring strains or knee ligament damage, and how to prevent them. The trainer will go over the results with you on the spot. However, we understand that you’ll want to refer to them in the future, so we’ll send them, along with comments, to your email inbox.
Testing is the key to understanding your strengths and weaknesses. Our trainer takes the results and creates a training plan tailored to your body, down to the last movement. They also collaborate with your physiotherapist, regularly sharing important information. You’re taken care of on all fronts, now all that’s left is to fully focus on your training.
