Who is Ben Prentiss?
Ben Prentiss is a renowned strength and conditioning coach with over twenty years of experience. He is a global leader in conditioning elite hockey players. Currently, he serves as a conditioning consultant for the New York Rangers.
He has trained NHL stars, including Martin St. Louis, Chris Pronger, Eric Staal, Jack Eichel, and Keith Tkachuk. In recent years, he has worked with players like Chris Kreider, Trevor Zegras, and Max Pacioretty.
