Who is Ben Prentiss?

Ben Prentiss is a renowned strength and conditioning coach with over twenty years of experience. He is a global leader in conditioning elite hockey players. Currently, he serves as a conditioning consultant for the New York Rangers.

He has trained NHL stars, including Martin St. Louis, Chris Pronger, Eric Staal, Jack Eichel, and Keith Tkachuk. In recent years, he has worked with players like Chris Kreider, Trevor Zegras, and Max Pacioretty. He has prepared five Stanley Cup winners, Olympic gold medalists, and recipients of prestigious awards such as the Hart Trophy and Art Ross. He has trained players from all thirty NHL teams, as well as members of the OHL, KHL, QMJHL, USHL, AHL, the German Ice Hockey League (GEL), Swiss National League A (NLA), NCAA, Olympic Games, World Cups, and World Championships.

Ben’s off-season camp is recommended by coaches, advisors, and agents across the NHL, and his training methods have been featured in media outlets such as Sports Illustrated, NBC Sports, The New York Times, Fox Sports, and others.
