We know that every body works differently, and every athlete has unique needs and faces different challenges. That’s why every test we conduct is one-of-a-kind. We adapt it on the go based on what the trainer discovers about your strength, conditioning, and mobility. This allows us to reliably identify the areas you should focus on during training for the greatest benefit.
You can choose between the basic and advanced options, depending on the level of detail you need. We’ll focus on your dynamic and isometric strength, mobility, and conditioning, as well as your body composition. We’ll assess how your body works, whether all muscle groups are in harmony, or if any need strengthening. We’ll determine the risk of injury and how to prevent it. The trainer will go over the results with you on the spot. However, we know you’ll want to refer to them in the future, so we’ll send them to your email inbox along with comments.
Testing is the key to understanding your strengths and weaknesses. Our trainer then takes the results and creates a training plan tailored to your body down to the last movement. They also collaborate with your physiotherapist, regularly sharing important information. You’re taken care of on all fronts—now, all that’s left is to fully focus on your training.
